Board Evaluation

Governance is demanding. Thus, periodical and systematic evaluation of the Board’s own performance is critical to strengthen its performance.

The Board Self Assessment, licensed from BoardSource USA, is to be done by individual board members. The assessment allows your board to shift your focus from routine governance matters and helps to reflect on how well the board is collectively meeting its governance responsibilities, whether the focus is right and discover areas for strengthening the Board’s performance.
