Leadership can make the difference between an adequate, a good or a great organisation. Given the potential leadership drain of 30% or more in the next five years as baby boomers retire. The role of the nonprofit leader today and in the foreseeable future will be one of mastering fluidity, complexity and turmoil. The learning curve is steep and the organisational stakes are high.

CNPL works with professional organisations to provide highly valuable developmental & nurturing programmes that ensure the success of NPO/VWO leaders by equipping them with the necessary technical skills and leadership competencies. SSTI School of Non-Profits (SNP) is dedicated to building capability in the areas of leadership, governance, management and organisational development for the non-profit sector. 

Boards of charities and Institutions of a Public Character can enhance their effectiveness as governing bodies by attending the non-profit governance development programmes. SNP also provides non-profit Board governance services to help Boards and CEOs of non-profit organisations develop and enhance their governance structures and practices.
