Testimonial from Mentee
“The Executive Director’s job can sometimes be a lonely place. Having a mentor — thanks to the Executive Mentoring Programme — has really been an invaluable experience. The benefits of having a mentor who understands the ED’s challenges, is a confidential listening ear, and a source of sound advice has really helped me to grow as a new Executive Director.”
-Amy Tan, Executive Director, WINGS (Women’s Initiative for Ageing Successfully).
