COM+PASS ED Assessment

We have developed a Leadership Development tool named COM+PASS. A pilot run of COM+PASS was carried out on 22 July 2011 successfully on 17 leaders from the Intermediate & Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector.

 
The framework involves:
 
1. Assessment & Evaluation (Assessment Centre) 
2. 2-day Retreat for self discovery and team building 
3. One to one coaching to work on Individual’s development plans
 
The main objective of COM+PASS is to build leadership capabilities by addressing leadership gaps at the Executive level in the Non-Profit Sector. 
 
Given the uniqueness of Leadership development within the Non-Profit sector, CNPL’s framework covers 12 areas of Leadership Competencies, as opposed to functional competencies.
