The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership owes its success to the synergy between its employees, partners and expert volunteers. Holding together the thread that unifies the interests of its stakeholders, and providing direction to their efforts, is CNPL’s management team, led by Ms. Winifred Loh.

Winifred has held leadership roles at the local, regional and global levels for multi-national corporations and non-governmental organisations, leveraging her expertise in Organisation Development, Strategic Planning and Talent Management to help organisations, teams and leaders to grow. She holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Sociology.

Janssen Ong

Janssen started his career in the financial sector. He has over 14 years of managerial and leadership experience (locally & regionally) in both the private and non-profit sector, which he leverages upon to advise and strengthen non-profits boards. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Stacey Loh

Leadership Development

Stacey is a passionate trainer in leadership, service excellence, soft skills and IT. She has a diverse range of career experiences including being a programme manager at a regional level. She has travelled around the world while she was in the airline industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a certified trainer in courses like Situational Self Leadership as well as programmes under the Workforce Skills Qualifications System.

Ian Goh

Organisation Development

Ian started his career of transformation in the Healthcare Sector, leading cross-functional improvement and change interventions. He is deepening his Organisation Development experience through serving the needs of nonprofits in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

As part of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), our management is supported in various functional capacities by the NVPC team.
